Bought a Single Family home in 2020 in Gardners, PA.

Kim was the best throughout our home-buying process. When I saw a sign in front of our eventual home, I emailed her late on a Sunday night, she immediately responded - by Tuesday we were viewing the home, and by Thursday, we had our offer accepted - this was in large part to the personal touch she provided all along the process. She provided insight to what the market conditions currently were, and what a realistic "winning" offer would likely be for our home. She was incredibly responsive throughout the process, quickly answering my many emails, text messages, and phone calls. She also walked us through the entire "closing" process, being able to speak to both us and the sellers to hash our different items as far as closing and moving in, which was extremely helpful. I would recommend her to anyone I know that is buying or selling a property.

Kim truly is THE BEST realtor out there! I referred Kim to my brother after he was looking for homes for over a year, and no luck. It seemed like he was looking at multiple homes every weekend. He was putting in bids of asking price and yet, he got nowhere. After not one month of being with Kim, they found him the perfect home! Kim helped him seal the deal by knowing how to get the sale, she really is extremely smart and savvy. She knew how to work contingencies and incentives to my brother’s benefit. She helped find him all available grants which covered closing costs and then some. She knows the real ins and outs of how to buy and sell and she makes👏it👏happen👏! Not only is she knowledgeable, she knows people. She knows buyers, sellers, bankers, brokers, and she goes above and beyond for all, and especially her clients. She took time out of her busy schedule to go over on a weekend prior to move-in and paint doors and railings. She gave a beautiful house-warming gift and she made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable, the way it should feel when purchasing your home!
